Rinkside run-of-show
Open the lesson on the boards: roster, medical-severity flags, and one-tap attendance and payment marking.
Booking, roster, reminders and the money — one precise place. Parents pay you direct, and RinkHQ never takes a cut. You just coach.

A coach's Saturday, on rails
Four beats, no busywork between them. Each step hands cleanly to the next — and the last one sets the next week up on its own.
Lands on your schedule with a reference — no email tag, no spreadsheet.
Roster, medical flags, one-tap attendance — open on the boards.
Mark paid; it reconciles to its reference. 0% to RinkHQ, ever.
Recurring series, waitlists, credits — next week sets itself up.

Yes. Parents pay you direct — card via Stripe, bank transfer, cash or PayPal, each with a one-shot reference RinkHQ generates. The subscription is the only money RinkHQ ever takes; we never hold a booking or charge commission on it.
The Free plan runs a real coaching operation — up to five sessions a month, with no card required. Upgrade to Coach when you want unlimited series, camps and calendar feeds.
They join your rink with a shareable code or a single-use invite, then book in three taps. You stay in control of who's in — approve a request or hand out a code, your call.
Parents can self-cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson. Whenever a paid booking is cancelled, its full value automatically comes back as a credit the parent applies next time — and a card payment can be refunded via Stripe instead, which removes the credit.
Coaches add their EIHA licence and DBS details to their profile, and they can't take bookings until RinkHQ has manually reviewed those details — an expired DBS pauses bookings automatically. We review the declarations, not original documents. Medical notes carry a severity flag, so anything a coach must read floats to the top of the rinkside view.
Yes — generate a 6- or 8-week block in one click, with your own holidays skipped automatically. Parents book a single week or the whole block, settled with one shared reference. Waitlists and credits handle the rest.
